We are finally getting into the Arena of Savings!
As per the name, Saving Arena has built an Arena full of discount codes, promo codes, and coupons as well. Shopping is a common thing around us. It is something we do by default. We go to our favorite stores, scan some items, and then... BAM. We have our product. Yep, it is the have-to-have item that ends up saving us or costing us our money, depending on who we are. Think about it; what is more costly to you than clothing? Clothing, that's what. And still, we seem to buy the same pair of jeans over and over again, year after year. The only difference is that now, instead of paying the big box stores, we are paying the discount stores. Saving money is the name of the game, everyone seems to be on the same page, right? What do you think?
In a recent blog interview, Tim Ash gives his opinion and insight on saving up for a nice white dress. He says,
When it comes to saving big for a wedding or laidback summer wedding, show me six months of suburban couples ready to shell out top dollar in a big city location and I'll show you six months of people who prefer a more quiet, less formal setting and who therefore might be willing to shell out a little more money in a more modest setting. I suspect there will be many more couples standing in line for a more modest event in the suburbs next summer than a big city event.
Common from the sound of it, we can assume that there is there a discount code area in the shopping outlet where you can save cash. Love it? Hate it? Don’t really give a crap.
Even for me, I often prepare phone calls and emails before shopping online, and the need to know what is discounted and what is not, is not uncommon. I also often compare what is in stock and what is on sale, which means I'm aware of the discounts. Most of the time, it helps me improve my budget and my privacy (and mine is good; it contributes to my account).
Many of you may use Save & Buy and other coupon websites, but I have very limited knowledge about them. promotional websites are even lesser known as I assumed they were only used for advertising and sales. Hmmm Now What?!
Anyhow, my website was more than just a blog where I would talk about SEO and blogging, SEO strategies, optimization tips, how-tos, and other SEO things. My name is Steve since the first time I registered it. Sometimes before opening an account with yourself, you may want to register a variety of different things: for example, social media sites, email subscription services, a shopping cart, even a business card. And what is all that for if not a blog? Adding an arena on the front end allows me to build my site on a central platform, all the while sharing content through various channels (like email newsletters, social news sites, blog posts, articles in magazines, and videos on YouTube, etc). Wouldn't it be nice to have all your content distributed all over the Internet, and your site add value and become still more targeted? I did this with my account and added an "Arena" feature to my website.
Enter Savings Arena
On the website, I built an arena where I automatically save all the different coupons I get (have you ever tried to save more than one coupon for the same thing?). I've had the "Arena" feature since March 27, 2010, and it's been performing extremely well. A couple days ago, I posted on my blog that I had 3, CENTRALIZED coupon submissions for the "Arena" software and received 330 bookmarks and 503 unique visits. This means the number of bookmarks, unique visits, and submissions got a 1k% boost due to Feedback. Building an on-site arena has led to more bookmarks and 8% more unique visitors. An arena is a place where coupons live: on my site, my coupon codes are visible to thousands of people, so they can take advantage of them.
For example: I recently registered 500 coupons (as I didn't want overuse it). This meant I could approach a total of 7,500 people and give them discounts: 300 people requested discounts, and, needless to say, there were 5,400 visits and 5 discounts requested."
